This policy explains what information the Anycom LLC Advisors website receives through its inquiry forms and how the site processes it.
The contact, consultation, and bid request forms ask for details needed to understand and respond to your request. Depending on the form, this may include your name, organization, work email, job title, phone number, service needs, locations, provider or contract details, timeframe, budget range, and project description. Please do not submit passwords, account credentials, utility bills, contracts, or other confidential documents through an initial inquiry.
Inquiry information is used to review your request and respond about possible next steps. When inquiry delivery is configured, the form saves the information you provide to Anycom's Wix CMS collection and emails the configured Anycom recipient through Resend, an email delivery service. Wix, Anycom's recipient mailbox, and Resend may process or retain the information under their respective account settings and terms.
To limit repeated form submissions, the inquiry service keeps a short-lived request count associated with the forwarded IP address in server memory for up to ten minutes. These counts are not written to a database. Vercel hosts the website and may process technical request and security data to provide and protect the service.
The website code does not include analytics or advertising trackers and does not set browser cookies or local storage. Vercel processes requests to serve the site. Resend receives inquiry information when email delivery is active.
Inquiry submissions are retained in Anycom's Wix CMS collection and may remain in Anycom's recipient mailbox and service-provider systems according to their settings and retention practices. For questions about this policy or information you have submitted, use the Contact page.
